Can You Take Miralax With Lorazepam

Happiness (I)

Happiness (I) For a

weeks, and occasionally for about 4 years (since I saw a coworker reading a book about happiness) ask me things about happiness. For example, the stammering and stuttering when you do not mind, is it happy?. Probably yes, that was removed a burden, a burden for achieving their life goals, but people do not stutter, it also has problems that make it is also difficult to be more happy. So if we are also normal people who stutter, when the stuttering is not a problem, we are also facing the same challenges faced by ordinary people to be more happy. So why not dig a little like getting a little more happiness?

The other day I saw a documentary by Eduardo Punset, "The Pursuit of Happiness." Which I collected some notes on happiness

- the happiest people have more ability to cope.
- The one who is trained to be happy
- The person who has a sense of life beyond oneself.
- Martin Seligman breaks happiness:
* The Life of Pleasure: laughter, humor, ...
* The Committed Life: love, work, kids, leisure, friends, ...
* Meaning of Life: to serve something greater than you.
- Social relations boost happiness.
- Somehow happiness depends on genetics but also due to the plasticity of the brain, I can learn to be happy.
- Positive emotion. Being grateful.
-Do something philanthropic.

are in order ... few notes for a documentary, but I found the most important things, but I sure miss one. Get the

life and enjoy!
