Realización:
Se corta el pan en rodajitas o como se ve en la foto con la thermomix y se le va añadiendo el agua, previamente salada al gusto por capas de unos 3 cm y se va aplastando con una espumadera hasta finalizar. Se deja reposar unas dos horas tapando la olla con un paño de cocina bien limpio.
